Design services include the creation of 2 design proposals (concepts) for the logo and packaging design, whose functionality will be exemplified at the look-and-feel level on 5 touch-point applications — eg. up to 3 product SKUs, website homepage (above-the-fold), social media skin, tote bag, t-shirt (or other materials that the customer considers important, within a limit of 5 items). The cost of design services includes the remuneration for the full assignment of copyright and other intellectual property rights related only to the visual identity solution chosen by the client. At the same time, copyright related to visual identity solutions not agreed upon by the client are not subject to this transaction.

Design services include the creation of 2 design proposals (concepts) for the logo and visual territory —typography, color palette, patterns, key visuals, photography (if applicable), illustration (if applicable), iconography (if applicable, graphic composition, etc.—, whose functionality will be exemplified at the look-and-feel level on 5 touch-point applications — eg. website homepage (above-the-fold), social media skin, store signage, business card, tote bag (or other materials that the customer considers important, within a limit of 5 items). The cost of design services includes the remuneration for the full assignment of copyright and other intellectual property rights related only to the visual identity solution chosen by the client. At the same time, copyright related to visual identity solutions not agreed upon by the client are not subject to this transaction.
