Biography
Weihung Yin is a Taiwanese freelance multidisciplinary designer. He began his career in film and commercial production as a visual effects artist, later transitioning into motion graphics. He has worked with studios such as Sony Computer Entertainment America, First Person, Elastic Creative, and Westernized, collaborating closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Animators.
Over the past nine years, Yin has worked full-time with Todoist as an illustrator, partnering with the design team to establish a design system that strengthened brand identity and enabled consistent application across diverse use cases. He also built and maintained a scalable illustration system, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
Yin’s style draws from his background in film and art, blending personal influences with a strong sense of storytelling and intention. His work is versatile, spanning both still imagery and motion, with a focus on creating visuals that are not only beautiful but meaningful.
