Biography
Twenty years on the journeys people cannot afford to get wrong: banking, healthcare, travel and AI. The last four and a half were inside Absa, a bank serving 12.8 million customers, as the sole UX designer on home loans and vehicle finance. I design patterns rather than screens, so one decision holds for every page built after it. Most of what I have built is still running. None of it needs me.
