Hey! My name is Esther a.k.a vonik.

I’m a freelance illustrator with a love for everything handmade, working among others on prints, patterns, packaging and paintings. Despite being heavily inspired by analog printing techniques about half the projects I work on have a digital endproduct, which makes me pretty ‘fluent’ in paint, markers and inks, as well as Procreate, illustrator and Photoshop.
Some of favourite subjects are: the outdoors, camping, anything botanical, animals, food, silly jokes and funny people. A random pick form my list dream projects: illustrated endpapers, patterned bed sheets, snack food packaging, a cookbook and maybe a really, really big fully illustrated puzzle.

Besides my obvious love for drawing I’m an absolute sucker for pizza, Harry Potter, plants, old stuff, campfires and birds.
