Vanessa was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. She is very responsive, communicates clearly and warmly, and makes the whole collaboration feel easy and comfortable.
What stood out most was how thoughtfully she approached the work. She didn’t simply complete the initial brief and move on, she considered how the final tool would actually be used, suggested useful functionality, and consistently engaged with every round of feedback. She was patient and flexible with revisions, always looking for the best solution and genuinely caring about bringing the product to a strong final result.
Vanessa is reliable, collaborative and highly professional, and we would be very happy to work with her again.
