Biography
Tow decades ago, I was the first designer at a small startup, teaching myself to build what I imagined. Today I design the systems the world's largest companies use to trust AI.
I ran through six years of freelancing, two more startups, and ADP, until enterprise software won me over. It's where design has the most leverage and the least love. At ServiceNow, I led the design of developer.servicenow.com and watched monthly visits grow from 1M to 2.5M+. Then I rebuilt App Engine Management Center from the ground up as its sole designer. It became the flagship governance experience behind App Engine's $700M+ business, serving 6,000+ customers including 85% of the Fortune 500.
Today, I prototype with agentic tools like Claude Code, coach designers as one of 14 AI coaches in ServiceNow's 700-person Experience org, and build Meal Whisperer, an AI app of my own.
I chase work that is high-stakes and ambiguous. That's where clear, humane design changes how thousands of people work.
