Hi, I’m Tef — a fitness and wellness guy who’s been deep in health & wellness space for years. I’ve tried so many products, followed the trends, and bought from the brands that people like you are running. So when I build landing pages, I’m not guessing what works — I’ve been the customer.

My passion is towards lifting and training. Over the years I’ve spent way too much on protein powders, pre-workouts, workout tools, clean snacks, gut health stuff — all of it. I know what makes people stop scrolling, what earns trust, and what actually gets someone to try something new.
