How Heartbeat Design Studio Rebuilt Hyros with Speed, Style, and Substance

When Heartbeat Design Studio was approached via Dribbble to rebrand and redesign Hyros.com, they were met with a challenge that was as ambitious as it was creatively fulfilling: deliver a complete website overhaul, including brand visuals, UX, and animation, in just about a month.

It wasn’t a simple refresh. Hyros, a data attribution platform used by leading global companies, needed a site that matched the scale of its enterprise audience. It had to be elegant, fast, scalable, and visually distinct, all while staying true to the company’s core product and values.

For the Ukraine-based Heartbeat team, this wasn’t just a tight turnaround; it was an opportunity to flex their creative process, challenge conventional branding timelines, and build a future-facing identity from the inside out.

A creative connection sparked through Dribbble

Like many of their best projects, this one started on Dribbble, where Heartbeat’s carefully curated presence showcases their flexibility, polish, and range. They’re not tied to one look or trend; instead, they let each project speak with its own visual voice.

That sense of design range is exactly what caught Hyros’s attention. After browsing their work, the client reached out with a simple, dream-like message:

“Hey guys, I want to start working with you. Just give me the price, and we'll start.”

There were no sales calls, no long-form pitches. The process kicked off directly inside Dribbble’s messaging and payments system, allowing both parties to align quickly and get to work. For Heartbeat, it was one of those rare creative green lights where a project with creative autonomy, technical ambition, and a client ready to move all came together seamlessly.

Rebranding a product trusted by global enterprises

From day one, the expectations were high as Hyros wasn’t launching a new product; it was repositioning an existing one, trusted by top-tier companies around the world. The site had to reflect their existing credibility while simultaneously raising the visual bar.

To add to the challenge, the team was working against a tight deadline with no fully developed brand guide in place. Rather than slow things down with upfront documentation, Heartbeat made a bold decision that would pay off later: they would define the brand through the process of designing the site itself.

“The guide was being born during our work,” they explain.

This iterative approach allowed them to move fast without compromising on vision. They started in Figma, rapidly prototyping layouts and components, then transitioned the designs into Framer to get everything production-ready. To give the site depth and dimension, they also incorporated 3D visualizations using Unicorn, blending technical sharpness with playful visual cues.

The result was a flexible, scalable site with a strong point of view, one that didn’t just look great but functioned seamlessly for both users and internal stakeholders.

Building a brand as you go

Unlike the traditional design-first, develop-later model, Heartbeat’s approach was layered, fluid, and deeply collaborative at every juncture. Each color choice, layout decision, or animation moment was built within the context of a working product. This gave the site a lived-in quality, acting and functioning less like a design artifact and more like an authentic brand experience.

Client feedback was integrated in real-time, which helped them adapt quickly and make meaningful refinements. And because the site was structured with flexibility in mind, the Hyros team can now spin up new content or update marketing pages faster than ever.

Even now, Heartbeat is continuing to support the site with updates and improvements, treating version 1 as a launchpad for deeper collaboration. A version 2 is already being discussed while the working relationship continues to grow.

“It was a good fixed-price engagement that’s evolving into a retainer agreement,” they share.

“And more importantly, we’re working with people who trust us. That’s what every creative wants.”

Designing for momentum

One of the things that made this project meaningful for Heartbeat was the creative chemistry with the Hyros team. Both sides were focused on creating the right outcome, not on red tape.

“We were able to ship a lot in a short time, and the client was super productive and open to the creative process.”

This spirit of trust and agility helped Heartbeat do their best work. The speed didn’t compromise the quality; it enhanced it. And the final product reflects that sense of motion and clarity.

Lessons for other designers

“Of course, the quality of work matters, but just keep sharing what you do. Believe in yourself. Don’t try to replicate what others are doing; your voice matters. Design is going to be one of the main driving forces in the next years or even decades.”

They also emphasize the value of treating Dribbble like a real storefront: one that’s curated, consistent, and evolving. A single post could be the one that gets you hired, but you need to put in the reps to make your profile stand out and attract the right clients.

“If you don’t have a project in the niche you want, invent one. That’s how you attract the clients you want to work with.”

It’s a philosophy that’s paid off, not just in projects like Hyros, but in the strength of their brand overall. The Heartbeat team is not just designers; they’re builders, collaborators, and co-creators.
