Independent developer and designer in Brisbane. I design and build the whole thing — interface, front end, API, deployment — so small teams get one person rather than a handoff.

Currently lead developer on a TGA-regulated medical device platform, where I built SAUCE: a Figma library and a matching React/TypeScript component library, documented in Storybook, behind the clinician portal and the API.

Most of what I care about is in the tokens. Two brand inputs, everything else derived in CSS with OKLCH lightness held constant, so there is no failing contrast combination available to whoever picks the colours. Accessibility as a property of the system rather than a review step. Depth re-expressed as borders under forced-colors, because Windows High Contrast throws every shadow away.
