I'm Shimju David, a digital designer and software engineer with over 24 years of experience crafting thoughtful, functional digital products. I run Emax Software, a small studio in Kerala, India, working with clients around the world.

My focus sits at the intersection of design and engineering — I don't just hand off mockups, I design and build the real thing. I specialize in headless CMS-driven websites, ecommerce platforms, and SaaS products, with an emphasis on clean UX, motion and interaction design (GSAP), and design systems that scale.

Recent work includes a full website redesign for an art gallery, pairing elegant visual presentation with a custom CMS built for a non-technical team. I care about the details — typography, spacing, motion, and the small interactions that make a product feel considered rather than assembled.
