About this Service
The displayed price and timeline are indicative, based on our experience with comparable projects. We discuss the scope, final cost and delivery schedule for each project individually.
UITOP audits mobile apps connected to B2B SaaS products. We examine one important task as a real user would encounter it on a phone, then give your team a written account of the issues, their effect on the workflow and what deserves attention first.
The starting audit covers one agreed mobile journey in your working app, test build or developed prototype. Your team provides access, the relevant user roles and the product rules behind the task. We use those inputs to inspect both the main route and the states that appear when work is interrupted or a response changes.
When This Service Fits
Users report difficulty completing a mobile task, but the team has only isolated tickets or screenshots.
A request seems submitted on the phone, yet its saved status is unclear.
Employees and managers see actions that should differ by role.
An error, permission prompt or lost connection interrupts the workflow and the next step is hard to find.
Your team needs to decide whether a local fix, a workflow change or a larger redesign belongs in the next release.
What Your Team Receives
Review of the selected mobile task, roles, relevant screens and product states.
A map of the steps and system responses observed during the audit.
Annotated findings tied to specific screens and moments in the journey.
Explanation of who each issue affects and why it matters to task completion.
Priorities based on severity, workflow impact and the effort or dependency your team confirms.
Recommendations for the next design or engineering work, including questions that require product decisions.
A shareable written report and a walkthrough with your team.
We agree the task, access method and devices available for review before starting. This package is a UX diagnosis. A complete functional QA pass, user study, redesigned screens and implementation can be scoped after the findings are reviewed.
Follow the Task on the Phone
A mobile issue can be hard to spot when each screen is viewed separately. We start with the user's goal and move through the app in the order the task happens. We note where a person must remember information from another screen, repeat an entry or guess whether an action took effect.
The review includes the relevant screen size, input method and role. If the product is used in the field, we ask how interruptions affect the task and check the supported states available in the build. We record the device and access conditions behind each observation.
Check What the Product Confirms
A local save, a request waiting to upload and a server-confirmed update may look similar to the user. We examine the messages and status changes that your app currently shows. Where the actual behavior depends on a backend response, your engineers help verify what the system records.
We also inspect the errors and permissions that belong to the chosen task. An issue report identifies the screen and state, what happened during review and the user action it affected. If a state cannot be reached with the access provided, we mark it as an open question for the team.
Turn Findings Into Decisions
Each recommendation connects to an observed issue. We distinguish a confusing label or missing feedback from a deeper problem in navigation, workflow logic or role access. Your team can then judge the affected users and technical dependencies alongside the UX severity.
The report gives product and engineering a way to select work for the next phase. Where analytics, support tickets or user research are available, we review them against what we found in the app. We do not present an assumption about user behavior as a measured result.
Work With Your Product Team
We can review a production app, an agreed test build or a sufficiently developed prototype. Your team shares the user roles, representative records, known constraints and current questions. We use the tools and report format your product team can work with; the audit does not depend on a Figma-only process.
Our designer can also inspect the prototype in the tool your team uses, including a functional artifact in Claude or another agreed environment. The report records which states were tested in a working product and which were simulated in a prototype.
Relevant UITOP Work
UITOP conducted a UX audit of VigilYard, a construction intelligence product. The team reviewed key screens, documented usability issues and separated near-term fixes from findings that needed broader product work. That case shows how we turn an audit into priorities a product team can discuss.
UITOP also redesigned the Kenjo mobile HR experience, including employee overview, scheduling and shift details. That work gives our team direct experience with mobile tasks inside an established SaaS product. Kenjo is mobile redesign proof; the VigilYard engagement is audit proof. We use both kinds of experience when evaluating your app.
Review the Findings Together
We walk your team through the selected journey and the issues that most affect it. The report identifies what we observed, what the product confirmed and what still needs investigation. You can use it to plan a targeted fix or define the scope of later design and development work.
