About this Service
The displayed price and timeline are indicative, based on our experience with comparable projects. We discuss the scope, final cost and delivery schedule for each project individually.
UITOP designs and develops mobile apps connected to existing B2B SaaS products. Your platform already has users, records and business rules. We help your team make a selected task work on a phone and connect it to the system people use in the rest of the product.
The first engagement focuses on one connected mobile workflow. That might be a client linking an account, a field employee submitting a request, or a manager reviewing an update. We choose the task with your team, inspect the current product and APIs, then define the mobile screens and implementation work it needs.
When This Service Fits
Customers use a desktop SaaS product but need a specific action while away from a computer.
Mobile mockups show the main path but leave permissions, failed requests and saved states unresolved.
A mobile client must use established user accounts, product records and business rules.
The web platform shows a task as complete, while the phone still needs a reliable way to display the latest recorded status.
Your team wants designers and developers to work from the same scenarios through implementation.
Starting Scope and Deliverables
Review of the selected task, existing product, user roles and available APIs.
Definition of the mobile journey, screen states and acceptance scenarios.
UX/UI design for the agreed workflow and reusable mobile components.
Mobile implementation in the stack agreed for your product.
Connection to existing authentication, records and API actions included in the phase.
Handling for the relevant loading, permission, interrupted and failed states.
QA using representative roles and product records.
Source code, interaction notes and a handover for your team.
We confirm the target platform, existing codebase, API readiness and release responsibilities before work begins. New backend modules, broad offline synchronization, every desktop feature and app-store release work enter the plan only when specifically included in the agreed scope.
Choose the Mobile Task
A mobile companion app needs to reflect what people do away from the main workspace. We review the task with the people who use and support the product. The first workflow has a defined starting point, a permitted action and a result the platform can record.
We map the roles involved and the information a person needs at that moment. If the task depends on another team member or a desktop review step, the mobile interface shows the state and the next action available to its user. Your product owners confirm where the task begins and ends.
Connect Screens to Product Behavior
We inspect the current APIs, identity model and records before designing the final interactions. A button press is not proof that a request was stored. We define which response the app receives, what appears while the system is processing and what the user sees when an action fails.
The implementation uses the agreed product endpoints and permissions. If an API does not support a required state, we surface that gap during scope review and decide with your engineering team whether it belongs in this phase. The app displays data from the system that owns the record.
Handle Interrupted Mobile Work
Phones lose connectivity and sessions can expire in the middle of a task. For the selected journey, we decide what the user can inspect or keep locally, when an action reaches the server and how the app confirms the recorded result. These behaviors depend on your architecture and the data involved.
We design and implement the interruption states included in the agreed scope, then check them with the available test environment. Any offline storage or synchronization requirement is reviewed with engineering before it becomes part of the build.
Work With Your Existing Team
Our designer can work directly in your prototype, create a functional artifact in Claude or another agreed tool, or prepare Figma files. Designers and engineers review the same scenarios, so the interaction can be checked against the real API behavior while it is built.
Our developers work in your existing mobile codebase or build the selected client workflow in an agreed stack. React Native is one option supported by our project experience. We follow your product's review and release process and document the code and decisions your team will maintain.
Relevant UITOP Work
UITOP designed and developed Pacioli for MedTax, an accounting firm. The project includes an accountant web platform and a React Native mobile app for clients. On mobile, clients connect bank accounts so their financial data can enter the firm's working product.
That case demonstrates mobile development connected to a B2B workflow: the client's action on the phone has a corresponding account and data relationship in the wider platform. Your product will have its own roles, integrations and records. We review those connections before defining the first mobile build.
Review the Working Flow
We check the selected scenario in the working app, including the successful path and the failure or permission states agreed for this phase. Your team can inspect what the user sees, what the server recorded and whether the two match. We hand over the implemented code, tested scenarios and remaining decisions for subsequent work.
