Final Deliverables: Final designs delivered in editable and print-ready formats as applicable: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG
PROCESS
1. Discovery & Brand Insight
Before diving into design, I start by understanding the brand's purpose, values, audience, and goals. You’re welcome to share a brief, reference images, or even just a rough idea. If needed, I’ll provide a tailored questionnaire to guide us through defining your brand identity.
2. Logo Concept Development
Once I have a clear understanding of the project scope, I begin creating the initial logo concepts. This phase typically takes up to 10 working days.
3. Feedback and Review
After you select your preferred concept, you're welcome to share the feedback. Things like likes, dislikes, or other suggestions are helpful in refining your chosen logo. Each revision round typically takes 1 business day. You have up to 5 working days to request as many refinements as needed on the selected concept.
4. Brand Collateral Development
After the final logo is approved, I begin developing the selected collateral designs the following week. Once finalized, they’ll be included in the Brand Guide.
5. Final Delivery
Final files will be delivered within 2 business days.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The 5-day revisions time frame is available for one selected logo concept. Requests for additional new concepts may incur extra costs. Ownership of unused logo concepts remains with the designer.
You’ll have one round of revisions included for the collateral designs. Additional changes may be quoted separately.
By commissioning this service, the client grants the designer permission to showcase the project in part or in full — including the final logo, unused concepts, mockups, and brand guide elements — across their portfolio, social media, and promotional channels, unless otherwise agreed in writing."
The client agrees that if the project is terminated for any reason other than the designer’s failure to meet the agreed-upon terms, no refunds will be issued, no files will be transferred and ownership rights to the work will remain with the designer.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. The remaining 50% is due upon final approval, after which final files will be delivered within 2 business days.
Estimated duration: Approximately 6 weeks total, assuming timely feedback and approvals throughout the process.
