As a User Experience Design Specialist at NICE, I lead the design of innovative products and services that delight users and achieve business goals. With over 12 years of experience in the field of UI and UX design, I have developed a strong expertise in user research, design thinking, prototyping, and usability testing.

I collaborate with clients, stakeholders, engineers, and product managers throughout the entire product development cycle, from vision concept to product launch. I create user personas, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Axure. I also present and validate my design work with multiple teams and senior leadership, and incorporate feedback and best practices. My mission is to design user-centric solutions that solve real problems and deliver value.
