Ruthless Studio took a concept that lived entirely in my head — a stylized J that reads as a key — and turned it into a brand I’m proud to put my name on. That alone would earn five stars. But what sets him apart is the process. He listened carefully, took detailed feedback without ego, iterated patiently through multiple rounds, and consistently delivered work that proved he understood not just what I was asking for, but what I was trying to say. I came to him with thoughts and feelings about my brand that I couldn’t always articulate clearly, and he translated them into something tangible and refined. I’d hire him again without hesitation.

Ruthless Studio was a standout from a field of 50+ designers. He sent hand-drawn sketches with clear creative reasoning, took feedback gracefully, and even sent an unrequested update because he could feel the concept getting closer. Original, restrained, and confident. Highly recommended.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Ruthless Studio was very disappointing. The project was delayed, which meant we missed our Christmas launch. When we finally received the sketch, it looked juvenile and overly cartoonish—more like kids’ merch than what we’d briefed.
We shared detailed references and even provided AI-generated concept sketches to guide the direction, but the delivered artwork closely mirrored those concepts without meaningful refinement. The piece lacked the level of detail and craftsmanship we expected, especially given the strong, polished work shown on their profile.
Overall, this was a frustrating process and far below our expectations.
We are now passing design files to other designer to carry on working on them
