👋 Senior Product UI/UX Designer with 17+ years of experience creating intuitive, data-driven digital solutions. My work bridges strategic thinking and hands-on design, with a focus on scalable systems, human-centered UX, and cross-functional collaboration.
🚀 Most recently, I led the design efforts at TheGivingBlock, a SaaS fintech startup acquired by Shift4 (a $1B public company). I owned the design of three core apps, improved KPIs across retention and engagement, and implemented an atomic design system from scratch. This role combined high-level product vision with ground-level execution - from user research and interviews to prototyping and UI polish.
