To do this, I send a questionnaire that helps me understand the client's needs and business goals.Moodboards:Using the information from the questionnaire, I move on to moodboards. A visual representation of your brand's voice/tone and look, filtered through 2 boards. This important step will help me establish a direction for visual identification.Design:Once stylescapes is approved, design work begins. I share with 3 design directions at all stages that I think best represent the business. Work usually takes about five weeks, but it varies depending on project scope, schedules, etc.Feedback:At every design stage, when there is some result, I send the client a PDF presentation for feedback. Based on the feedback received, I am making the necessary updates, which are also emailed for review.Revisions:My standard project estimate includes 5 to 10 rounds of revisions at any stage. For any additional feedback I’ll charge a continuation fee for each additional round of revisions. This helps keep feedback clear and concise—and saves everyone time and energy all around.Delivering:After the final design concept has been selected and approved, I send the final invoice for the remaining project cost. Then I deliver all editable files and materials that have been included in the scope of the project.
