To be honest .I got a hard time to explain repeatedly to the seller about
what I want .He is lack of focus and understanding about the message pass down to him .
customer service need to more professionals and had more patience in dealings with customers .
ethics and courtesy towards customers must applied when handlings customers. Must be organised when delivering files to customers upon completions
.Job done ratings wise 5 out of 10 REQUIRES A ROOMS FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN ATTITUDES
ETHICS / CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SKILLS ..
