My work process in UI/UX design is the Double Diamond Process. It has two steps: Problem and Solution. In the first step, the Discover phase, conduct research to identify the problem, such as focus groups, surveys, and collect data to understand user needs. We narrow down the information collected in the first step, Define, to clearly define the core problem, such as through the use of affinity diagrams and user stories. The second step is the development phase of the Double Diamond process, where we create prototypes and test them with users. In the second step, the Deliver phase, we deliver the solution to the user, and collect design handoffs, documentation, and feedback for further improvements.
