Biography
Hello! I'm Lee, she/her pronouns, a non-binary trans person with 15 years of experience in communications and marketing, and 8 years in social media. I work on all platforms and have specializations in design thinking, collaborative economy, art direction, digital marketing and DE&I, with a focus on the LGBTQIAPN+ population.
In the last two years, I worked at Novartis, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, where I created and led a 100% trans team focused on affirmative vacancies. Thanks to this action, the Novartis page became the Brazilian pharmaceutical company with the highest organic engagement on Instagram.
I also spoke at AMPIC (Academy for Media and Patients in Information and Science), training influencers and NGOs in engagement and advocacy. My experience also includes content creation and community management.
My mission is to unite communication and diversity to create real and lasting transformations.
