Principal UX Designer

About The Cirqle

The Cirqle is the AI-native platform that helps consumer brands turn creator content into scalable performance advertising. With access to 10 million+ creators, years of creator marketing ROAS performance data, and deep integrations with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Shopify, we give performance marketing teams the tools to predict, scale, and prove the impact of creator-driven ads.

Trusted by leading e-commerce brands across the US and Europe, we sit at the intersection of creator economy, paid media, and AI. We're not another creator marketing tool focused on vanity metrics, we're built for measurable revenue attribution and always-on creator programs.

We're a small, high-performing team that punches well above its weight. We ship fast, think in outcomes, and believe that perfect is the enemy of shipped. Our engineering-driven culture values autonomy, experimentation, and psychological safety. We're scaling rapidly and need someone who can make our story as strong externally as it is internally.
