Graphic Designer - Onsite Only
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, design-driven Graphic Designer who can translate brand ideas into strong visual systems across print packaging, eCommerce, digital ads, and social media.
This role is ideal for someone who leads with conceptual thinking and design execution, then supports their work with high-quality retouching and image optimization. You should be comfortable taking raw photography and turning it into polished, conversion-ready assets that feel cohesive across all channels.
Photography experience is required to support shoots and understand capture, but design is the core of this role.
What You’ll Do
• Design engaging, on-brand visuals for packaging, eCommerce, digital ads, email, and social
• Translate product features and brand direction into clear, compelling layouts
• Retouch and color-correct imagery to enhance product presentation
• Optimize assets for web, print, and multi-platform use
• Maintain visual consistency across product lines and campaigns
• Collaborate with designers and marketers on concepts, layouts, and asset execution
• Organize and manage final assets for production and distribution
Photography Support (Secondary)
• Assist with product and lifestyle photo shoots
• Support lighting setup and capture when needed
• Execute clean white-background / cove photography as required
Requirements
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design
• Strong portfolio showing creative layouts across print and digital
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong eye for color, typography, and composition
• Experience retouching and optimizing imagery for eCommerce and marketing
• Working knowledge of studio lighting and product photography
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Hourly Rate: 28/32hr
