Freshmade is a boutique agency that specializes in modernizing food brands through natural brand intelligence, creative thinking, and smart design. Our expertise lies in CPG brand strategy, brand design, brand narrative, and brand activation for both B2C and B2B platforms, anywhere from package design to digital content creation.
We are laid-back about most things, but NOT quality of work. We do not settle.
Please Note: This position reports to the photography studio on-site in Deerfield Beach, FL
Key Responsibilities
Concept, plan, and execute photo shoots across product, lifestyle, and/or food categories
Work closely with stylists, art directors, and account managers to align on creative direction
Capture high-quality, brand-right imagery in-studio or on-location
Maintain an organized, efficient studio workflow, including file management and lighting setups
Manage equipment maintenance and studio readiness, including lighting, cameras, and backdrops
Participate in creative brainstorms and pre-production meetings
Follow creative briefs while also offering proactive solutions and ideas during shoots
Ensure files are delivered on time and meet all technical and brand specifications
Stay up to date on photography trends, lighting techniques, and studio tools
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of professional studio photography experience (studio or agency experience preferred)
Proficient in DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems (e.g., Canon, Nikon)
Strong lighting knowledge (natural and artificial); ability to light various subjects with precision
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop)
Experience with tethered shooting (Capture One)
Understanding of composition, color theory, and commercial storytelling
Comfortable collaborating with stylists, models, and clients on set
Able to adapt quickly, troubleshoot problems, and juggle multiple projects
Highly organized with attention to detail
Portfolio that demonstrates range, creativity, and technical mastery
