Senior Mobile Product Designer

We're building the best casual dating app for women who are exploring their sexuality and looking for casual dates. We have 17M+ downloads, profitable, bootstrapped, and a product pivot that's already underway. You'd be shaping what millions of women see, tap, and feel every day.

We're a team of 30, split between Taiwan and Europe. You'd be working directly with product, engineering, and the co-founders. Your work will ship fast and you see the impact in real data within days.

What you’ll do:

Own the mobile UI/UX end-to-end - from wireframes and user journeys to high-fidelity mockups, for both iOS and Android
Design new features (or improve them)
Iterate based on real user feedback and A/B test results.
Create design assets beyond the app - in-app ads, marketing experiments, brand iterations
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the data team throughout the process
Present your work and participate in design critiques. We value direct, constructive feedback

What we need:

5+ years of product/UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio that shows real case studies.
Has designed for a mobile app with a large user base
Experience designing for both iOS and Android natively
Proficient in Figma., and ideally Motion Design experience.
Startup experience. You've worked in small teams where you owned the design function, not where you were one of 15 designers following a design system someone else built.
Strong English
You have strong design instincts but you let data change your mind
