Creative Marketing Lead
About the Role:
Virtus Media Group LLC is seeking a talented and versatile Creative Marketing Lead to join our team immediately.
Must be able to work on-site in our Munster, IN office.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar creative role.
Position is part-time (approx. 30 hours per week or on a project-by-project basis) with potential for full-time advancement.
Candidates must live near Munster, IN, for ease of commute and on-site collaboration.
Must provide 3 professional references and a portfolio/samples of past work.
Responsibilities:
Lead creative projects from concept to completion, maintaining high-quality standards in design and execution.
Oversee and execute graphic design tasks for various media channels.
Manage and develop WordPress websites, with a focus on both design and functionality.
Design and maintain engaging web experiences (coding experience a plus).
Handle client communications (phone, virtual meetings, emails) to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
Manage technical aspects, including servers, services, tools, and troubleshooting.
Develop and implement product concepts and design solutions.
Strategize and execute SEO efforts, including backlink strategies and optimized copywriting.
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to drive engagement, expand brand presence, and support business growth.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; use data insights to adjust strategies and optimize campaigns.
Identify opportunities for organic and paid growth, leveraging trends and platform features to maximize reach.
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design, WordPress management, web design, and project management.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), WordPress, HTML and front-end coding, CRM systems (experience in HubSpot a plus), Mac & Microsoft Office, and communication/project management tools (Discord, Slack, Trello).
Strong skills in client interaction across multiple communication platforms.
Ability to manage technical tasks related to servers, services, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SEO, backlink strategies, and SEO-focused content writing.
Must be able to work collaboratively and independently with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess extremely high standards of professionalism in conduct and communications with peers and clients.
Must be client-focused and prioritize client satisfaction by delivering the highest quality work that goes above and beyond the client's expectations.
Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to deliver quality work on time for all projects.
Must be accommodating and able to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time while meeting deadlines.
Must be a motivational, inspiring team player who uplifts others and fosters a positive, collaborative work environment.
Demonstrated experience growing and managing brand social media accounts, with the ability to share specific examples of measurable growth (followers, engagement, conversions, etc.).
Strong understanding of how social media integrates with SEO, content strategy, and overall digital marketing efforts.
Ability to recommend innovative social media initiatives that align with business objectives and brand voice.
