Biography

Hi everyone,

I'm Ella, Product Designer with 5 years of experience, mainly on complex B2B products.

For the past 2 years, I led design at Lucca in the HR Tech space, driving highly technical projects within a team of 30.
Before that, I tackled the core redesign of a Construction Tech scale-up and built their design system from scratch.

Today, I’m looking for an ambitious project, and I believe Noota delivers real value. That’s the foundation of any great product.
With my user-centric approach and a strong Product Design background, I’m confident I can push the user experience even further.

I thrive both independently : planning, prioritizing, and also focusing on designing.
And in collaboration : where I love running workshops, user interviews, and sharing my process to continuously improve the product.
