I also appreciate the proactive approach taken on several aspects, particularly in identifying technical solutions, implementing functional adjustments, and taking feedback into account throughout the process. This is a very positive foundation for the next steps, as it shows a team that is able to adapt and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the product.
For our future collaborations, I believe it would be beneficial to further strengthen the preparation phase before moving into production. The guidelines, functional requirements, user journeys, business rules, and validation points should be broken down in greater detail upfront, in order to ensure stronger consistency between the project vision, the technical choices, and the final delivery.
