My work has evolved from building design systems and leading engineering teams to defining cross-functional processes that reduce friction and enable consistent product growth.

I operate best in high-ambiguity environments—where direction is unclear, constraints are real, and decisions have long-term impact. I’ve led initiatives that required aligning product, design, and engineering through structured thinking, clear trade-offs, and execution discipline.

More recently, I’ve been integrating AI into product workflows—using it to accelerate validation, support decision-making, and explore new interaction paradigms.

I’m particularly interested in how AI reshapes not just interfaces, but the way products behave, assist users, and evolve over time.
