Biography

I'm a product designer who also writes the code. For most of my career I was the designer inside the product team. Now I take that same work to a handful of companies at a time, as a contractor.
I like the parts most people skip. The empty states, the error nobody planned for, the moment a flow could fall apart and doesn't. That's usually where the real design happens.

My work spans consumer apps, enterprise tools, design systems, and lately a lot of AI products, where the job is making something people can actually trust. Across all of it the through-line is the same: take something tangled and make it clear.

I design and prototype in real code (React, Next, TypeScript), so what I make tends to survive the trip to production intact.
