We worked with Bachoo Studio on a full rebrand and were happy with the outcome. They were responsive throughout and communicated predictably, mostly over email and always quickly. Their process was organized, and they often surfaced details and considerations we hadn't thought of ourselves.
As the project went deeper, they developed a strong grasp of what we were trying to do, and that understanding showed in the final deliverables, which we were really pleased with. The whole engagement felt clean and trustworthy, and we never found ourselves second-guessing where things stood.
