Working with Syed on our launch identity was a genuine collaboration from the first round to final lock. He approached the brief as identity design rather than illustration, and that distinction showed in every deliverable. When I asked for convergence over exploration in a feedback round, he came back with a single converged system stress-tested across four typefaces, which is exactly the kind of disciplined process that makes a brand decision easier to commit to. Quality of the mascot work was high, but it was the clarity of his process that I valued most.
I look forward to working with Syed in the future.
