UX/UI Designer bridging 16 years of operational strategy with human-centered design practice.

I'm a systems thinker who fell in love with Figma and never looked back. My background is unconventional: I spent years redesigning business workflows, building a e-commerce operation, and solving complex operational problems before I had the vocabulary to call it "UX work." When I finally formalized my practice with a B.S. in User Experience (graduated valedictorian, 3.96 GPA), everything clicked.

What makes me different: I don't just design beautiful interfaces, I design systems that work within real business constraints. I understand data, compliance, risk, and operational feasibility because I've lived on that side. Now I bring that perspective to product design, creating experiences that are both delightful and actually shippable.
