I’ve always been drawn to understanding people — what they feel, think, and need. That curiosity led me to study psychology, where I learned how human behavior and emotion shape our interactions with the world.

During graduate school, I interned with the National Center for PTSD, where I discovered the potential of digital tools to support mental health. Working on a research project for one of their mobile apps opened my eyes to the importance of designing with empathy, especially for users in moments of distress.

That experience inspired me to pursue UX research as a way to bridge psychology and technology. Today, I’m passionate about improving digital mental health experiences through thoughtful, evidence-based design and user understanding.
