I've worked across HealthTech, FinTech, EdTech, SalesTech, ServiceTech, AgriTech, LogiTech, InsurTech, and enterprise SaaS. In fast-moving startups, consulting firms, and large organizations like BRAC. What stays consistent is how I work: starting from the problem, not the interface. I think in systems, design with users in mind, and care as much about the decision behind a design as the design itself.

I've led design end-to-end from requirement analysis and user research through to shipping and iteration, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and C-suite stakeholders.
