What I do:
→ Arabic-first RTL builds. Not a translated theme with the text reversed — layouts, typography, numerals and checkout designed right-to-left from the first Figma frame. This is the part most agencies subcontract, and it is what I'm best at.
→ Conversion work tied to revenue. I audit the funnel, estimate what each leak costs per month, and rank fixes by impact, confidence and ease. Recommendations you can put a number against, not opinions about colours.
→ Figma to Liquid, end to end. I design the system and then build it myself in Shopify. No handover gap, no fidelity lost between the mockup and the live store.
→ Product Ownership. Roadmaps, merchant onboarding, training and post-launch optimisation.
