The most complex project I have worked on: designing the complete system prompt architecture for a production ElevenLabs conversational AI customer support agent at UTDS Optimal Choice. I engineered the persona, tone constraints, escalation paths, fallback behaviour, and objection-handling layers from scratch.

Beyond that: I collaborated with Google's Teleperformance team on Local Service Ads beta documentation, produced Salesforce CRM and Google Ads integration references across three product lines, and built docs-as-code workflows for SaaS clients across Albania and the UK.
