I am a product designer focused on complex web and SaaS products. The kind that involve complicated and confusing processes and require more than simply applying design principles.

To me, complexity is a puzzle to be solved, a customized flow that bridges business goals and user needs. I am driven by asking the right questions, studying patterns, and understanding what's actually causing the problems. A lot of the time, that means automating manual processes, solving visual problems, and adjusting flows to meet the user's logic.

I use design apps like Figma and AI tools like Claude to design and prototype solutions. I am flexible with design tools and use them according to the project's specific needs.
