Brights — agency for custom software and product design, based in Warsaw and Kyiv.

Founded in 2011 by Dmytro Umen and Ihor Nosach, who paired engineering and design instincts to build interfaces that felt bold and fun, not templated. That same spirit shaped early work with Mastercard, Microsoft, Pepsi and Danone, and still drives the studio today.

15 years and 300+ shipped products later, we're 120+ designers and engineers working across fintech, e-commerce, insurtech, entertainment and media and enterprise software for clients in 30+ countries.

We design as co-creators, not vendors: pushing back on weak briefs and owning the work past handoff. That's why 89% of clients stick around after the first contract and partnerships average 36 months.
