I am transitioning to UX research to bring a research-driven approach to understanding and enhancing digital user experiences. Skilled in gathering and analyzing user insights, workflow analysis, and boosting user satisfaction through data-backed strategies, I have recently trained in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
