2. Unlimited Revisions
Once you select your preferred logo concept, I offer unlimited revisions to fine-tune and perfect the design. Whether it’s adjusting colors, layout, or typography, I will continue to refine the design based on your feedback until you are fully satisfied with the result.
3. High-Quality JPG & PNG Files
Upon finalizing the logo, you will receive high-quality JPG files for digital use and PNG files with a transparent background, making them ideal for use on websites, social media, presentations, and other platforms where flexible and professional visuals are required.
5. Source File with Vector Files (AI, EPS, SVG)
You will receive the original source files (AI, EPS, SVG), allowing you to make edits, scale your logo to any size, and use it across various platforms without losing quality. These vector files ensure your logo maintains its crispness and clarity, whether displayed on a small business card or a large billboard.
6. Printable PDF File
A print-ready PDF file will be provided, ensuring your logo is formatted correctly for high-quality printing. This file can be used for business cards, letterheads, brochures, or any printed materials, maintaining consistency in color and detail.
7. High-Quality 3D Mockup
To bring your logo to life, you will receive a high-quality 3D mockup showcasing your logo in real-world applications, such as on business signage, office walls, stationery, or merchandise. This mockup helps you visualize how your logo will appear across different media and settings.
8. Favicon & App Icon
For digital presence, you will get a favicon (small icon for website tabs) and an app icon, properly sized and optimized for use on websites and mobile apps. These icons are designed to be instantly recognizable and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
9. Social Media Kit
Your social media kit will include optimized versions of your logo for profile pictures and cover images on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. I will also provide templates to ensure your brand’s presence is cohesive across your social media channels.
10. Branding Guidelines (Typography, Color Palette, Do’s & Don’ts, Logo Usage Guidelines)
A comprehensive branding guidelines document will be provided, outlining key aspects of your brand identity. This includes typography recommendations, your brand’s color palette (with codes for consistency), and clear do’s and don’ts for logo usage. The document will also provide detailed logo usage guidelines, ensuring your logo is applied correctly across all media to maintain its integrity.
11. Logo Variations (Horizontal, Vertical, Icon/Symbol Only, Wordmark Only, Black and White)
You will receive multiple logo variations to accommodate different branding needs. These include horizontal and vertical layouts, an icon/symbol-only version (ideal for smaller spaces or app icons), a wordmark-only version (focusing on typography), and black and white versions for use in specific applications where color is not an option.
14. Business Card and Letterhead Design
I will design a custom business card and letterhead, integrating your new logo and branding elements. These materials will be professionally designed, ensuring your business identity is presented consistently and effectively in all professional communications. Files will be provided in formats ready for high-quality printing.
16. Copyright Transfer Statement
A copyright transfer statement will be included, ensuring full ownership of the final logo design is transferred to you. This legally binding document grants you the exclusive right to use and modify the logo for any commercial purpose, protecting your intellectual property.
Important Terms & Conditions
✦ Revisions Policy: Revisions apply only to the selected logo concept. Any request for additional new concepts will require an additional fee.
✦ Additional Concepts: If you wish to explore more design concepts beyond the initial options provided, an extra charge will apply based on the number of new concepts required.
✦ Payment Structure: A 50% upfront, non-refundable deposit is required to begin the project, with the remaining balance due upon final design approval.
✦ Final File Delivery: Once the full payment is received, the finalized logo files will be delivered within two working days.
