About this Service
A brand and a site don't need a full rebuild every year to stay sharp, but they do need attention now and then: a seasonal campaign, an updated homepage section, or a visual refresh once the identity starts to feel a year behind everyone else's. This retainer covers that kind of work on a quarterly rhythm instead of a monthly one.
It suits teams who don't have a constant stream of small requests, but do want a scheduled check-in, four times a year, to keep the brand and site current rather than letting them sit untouched between bigger projects.
In the Package:
36 hours of design and light implementation, reserved for each quarter
- One planning session at the start of the quarter to set priorities: a campaign, a refreshed section, updated assets, or a mix of all three
- Work across brand assets, web pages, and marketing materials, scoped to that quarter's priorities
- Two rounds of feedback per quarterly cycle
- A short recap at the end of the quarter, with what shipped and a starting list of options for the next one
Process & Communication:
Each quarter opens with a short call to set direction: what's changed in the business, what's coming up, and where the hours should go first. From there we work in a focused block rather than spreading the hours thin, so you get a real batch of new or refreshed work each quarter rather than a trickle of small tweaks.
We reply within one business day during an active quarter. Between planning sessions, smaller requests can still come in, and we fit them into that quarter's hours where they make sense.
The Team:
A senior designer leads each quarterly cycle, with motion, 3D, or development brought in when a particular deliverable calls for it.
Contract:
This retainer bills quarterly and renews automatically at the start of each new quarter unless you tell us otherwise, with 30 days' notice to cancel before the next cycle begins. Hours are scoped to the quarter they're billed for and don't carry over to the next one. We'll help you plan early enough in the quarter that this isn't an issue. Anything beyond the quarter's hours is quoted and confirmed before we start.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. Some teams want a bigger block ahead of a busy season, or want the quarterly cycle paired with the maintenance retainer so design and technical upkeep stay on the same schedule. Tell us your calendar and we'll shape the hours around it.
