Process & Communication
Audit: we go through your store and put findings into a short, prioritized document, walked through on a call
Redesign: we design and build fixes for the highest-impact issues first
QA & Handoff: testing, two rounds of revisions, then a call on what changed and why
Tech Stack
Figma, your existing platform (Shopify or otherwise), and whatever analytics you already have in place (GA4, Hotjar, or similar) for the audit stage
The Team
One senior designer runs the audit, joined by a developer for the redesign and build.
Contract
The audit runs as its own fixed fee. Once findings are in and you've signed off on which fixes to build, the redesign moves forward under a fixed-scope contract, with 50% to begin and the balance due at handoff.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. A larger catalog or a funnel that needs deeper testing (multiple templates, subscription flows) gets a scoped quote after a quick look at your store. If you're past the point of a fix and need a new store built, our E Commerce Website + Development service is the better fit.
Concepts & Revisions
The redesign follows the audit findings directly rather than open-ended concepts, with two rounds of revisions once the first redesign pass is ready.
