About this Service

This service is design only. You bring the outline, the numbers and the story you want to tell, and we build it into a deck that looks like it belongs in front of the people you are raising from. If the narrative and content are still being worked out, nail that down first: design works best once the story is settled.
In the Package:
A master slide template built around your existing brand (or a light visual direction if you do not have one yet)
- Full slide design for your deck (up to 18 slides), based on the outline and copy you provide
- Custom charts, diagrams and icon treatments for the data-heavy slides, styled to match the rest of the deck
- Light iconography or illustration accents where they help a slide land faster
- Export-ready files: PDF, Keynote or PowerPoint, and an editable Figma file, so your team can update numbers before every meeting
Process & Communication:
Content Review: we read through your outline and flag any gaps in structure before design starts
- System Design: we build the master template and design the key slides (cover, problem, solution, market, ask) first, for your sign-off
- Full Deck: the remaining slides are designed against the approved system
- Handoff: all export formats are delivered, along with the editable source file
The Team: Two designers work on this in parallel, one on the visual system and key slides, one on full deck production, so a full deck can move fast without losing consistency.
Contract: A short agreement covering scope, timeline and payment is signed before work starts.
Do you offer custom packages? Yes. A longer deck, a one-pager to go with it, or a version adapted for a specific investor can all be quoted as an addition.
Concepts & Revisions: One visual system, approved before full production starts, then two rounds of revisions across the full deck.
