About this Service
Most brands stop at a static logo, then reuse a shaky version of it every time they need motion, whether that's a splash screen, a video intro, or a loop for a pitch deck. This gives your existing mark a proper motion version once, so nobody's improvising it in After Effects the night before a launch.
This builds on a logo you already have (ours or someone else's) rather than redesigning it. What changes is how it moves: a primary animated lockup, a short version for intros and outros, and a short guide for when to use which.
In the Package:
An animated primary lockup: the core logo animation, used for intros, splash screens, and video opens
- A short stinger version for intros and outros, 1 to 3 seconds, built for the start or end of any video
- A loop version for a website preloader or a pitch deck, when the brand needs one
- Delivery in the formats you'll actually use: MP4 and MOV with alpha channel, plus Lottie or GIF for web and product use
- A short usage guide covering timing, minimum duration, backgrounds it works on, and where the full animation shouldn't be used
Process & Communication:
Brief: we look at the existing logo, any brand guidelines you have, and where the animation needs to live
- Style Options: two motion directions, for example a slower and more graceful timing against a snappier one, shown as quick animatics
- Animation: the chosen direction built out in full, across the lockup, stinger, and loop
- Handoff: final exports in every format needed, plus the usage guide
Tech Stack:
After Effects for the animation itself, Lottie and Rive for lightweight web and app-ready exports, a short technical check with your developers (or ours) if the file needs to run inside a product rather than just play as a video.
The Team:
Handled by a motion designer end to end. A developer joins briefly at handoff only if you need the Lottie or Rive file tested inside an actual site or app.
Contract:
Scope, timeline, and payment terms are confirmed in a short agreement before animation work starts.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. Extra loop lengths, a sound-designed version, or the animation adapted for a specific app splash screen are all things we scope once we know what you need.
Concepts & Revisions:
Two motion directions are shown early as quick animatics, so you're picking a feel before the full animation gets built. Two rounds of revisions are included on the finished set. A request to switch directions after the build has started is scoped as additional work.
Your mark already holds up standing still. This gives it a motion version built with the same care.
