About this Service
A dashboard lives or dies on how it handles real data: tables that hold up at 500 rows, filters people actually use, and a clear answer for what shows up when there's nothing to show yet. This service is pure UI/UX design for that kind of screen, your web app or SaaS product's dashboard, with no development included.
It's for product teams who have their own engineers, or are hiring them, and want the interface designed by someone used to data-dense screens: tables, filters, and edge-case states included from the start.

Discovery call covering your data model, user roles, and permissions

Process & Communication
Discovery & IA. We map your data model and user roles first, then structure navigation and hierarchy around how people use the product day to day.
Wireframes & Flows. Core views get wireframed and checked against edge cases (empty states, permission limits, large data sets) before visual design starts.
Visual Design. Wireframes become full UI, including the data visualization and table patterns your product depends on, refined over review rounds.
Prototype & Handoff. Main flows get wired into a clickable prototype, packaged into a handoff file ready for your developers.
The Team
One senior product designer, with SaaS and data-heavy interface experience, owns the project. Our art director reviews at each stage to keep the system consistent across every screen.
Contract
Same as any project with us: a short contract sets scope, timeline, and payment terms before we start, 50% upfront and 50% when the work is delivered.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. Bigger dashboards, multiple user roles with very different views, or a dashboard that needs to launch alongside a full marketing site: tell us the scope and we'll quote it separately.
Concepts & Revisions
Two directions come out of the discovery call for your core dashboard view. Whichever you choose becomes the system for the rest of the dashboard, refined over up to 3 rounds of revisions before handoff.
