Our deepest discovery package, for founders about to commit real budget to a brand, website, or product who want the whole thing mapped out first. Twenty hours of senior time gets you a structured look at the market, a real starting design direction, and a written roadmap with a cost estimate for the full build, so the bigger decision gets made with actual information instead of a guess.
Choose this tier when the project is big enough that getting the direction wrong would be expensive. It is built to de-risk the full build before you commit to it.
In the Package:
A structured discovery workshop with our Art Director to define goals, audience, and constraints
- A competitive teardown of a handful of relevant products, sites, or brands
- A starting design direction (a moodboard and early concept work) for your project
- A written roadmap covering scope, phasing, and a cost estimate for the full build
- A presentation call to walk through the findings and direction together
Process & Communication
Discovery Workshop: A structured 1:1 session with the Art Director to map goals, audience, and constraints.
Teardown: We review a handful of competitors and adjacent products to see what they do well and where there is room to differentiate.
Direction: We put together a starting design direction, grounded in the workshop and the teardown.
Roadmap: A written plan covering scope, phasing, and a cost estimate for the full build.
Walkthrough: A call to present the direction and roadmap and answer questions.
Contract
This sprint runs on a short contract covering scope, timeline, and payment, signed before we start.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. If your project needs more time on the teardown or an additional round on the direction, we can adjust the scope before starting.
Concepts & Revisions
The design direction here is a starting point, meant to give you something real to react to before full production begins. One round of revision on the direction is included before we finalize the roadmap.
