THE WORK

While a logo and core visual identity establish a foundation, a brand identity system builds the full ecosystem for the brand: the mark and its variations, a complete typography system, a developed color system, graphic language, and imagery direction, all unified by guidelines that define how they work together.

Every engagement begins with Brand Discovery, through which 51 Eggs develops a thorough understanding of the brand's goals, audience, competitive landscape, and aesthetic sensibilities. From this, two creative territories are developed: distinct creative paths, each defined by a written brief and accompanied by mood boards of curated visual references, creating conceptual alignment and grounding the design exploration before the creative process begins.

From there, the work moves into design exploration, producing a logo or wordmark alongside the core visual identity elements that support it for each territory. Upon review, one direction is selected, and the core identity is refined and established. The engagement then expands into full system development, building out the complete visual language from that foundation: mark variations, extended typography and color systems, graphic language elements, and imagery direction, unified in brand guidelines that equip the brand to show up consistently and create immersive experiences across the world it inhabits.

The engagement covers Brand Discovery, including guided intake sessions, a competitive context review, and the development of two creative territories with written briefs and curated visual mood boards; logo or wordmark design and core visual identity elements across both territories; selection and refinement of one direction into an established core identity; full system development, including mark variations, extended typography and color systems, graphic language elements, and imagery direction; brand guidelines documentation; client review and revision cycles; and final production files in all standard formats.

Scope additions that build on the base: additional creative territories, extended graphic language and iconography systems, motion and animation identity, expanded application design, and campaign or marketing system development.
