Discovery brief, creative direction lock, sitemap and structure approval, 2 homepage design concepts presented for your review, chosen direction developed into custom Figma design across all pages and breakpoints. Sign-off required before development begins.
Milestone 2 — Development + Rive Animations + Build Complete
$2,500 · 8 days
Development on chosen platform (Webflow / Framer / WordPress + Elementor), Rive animations (up to 3 custom scenes), full SEO + AI search optimization, schema markup, speed optimization, integrations, e-commerce setup if needed.
Milestone 3 — QA + Launch + Full Handoff
$1,000 · 3 days
Full pre-launch QA pass (cross-browser, cross-device, Rive animations on touch and non-touch devices, e-commerce flow tested end-to-end if applicable, forms, integrations, speed, schema validated). Launch, domain + hosting setup if applicable, handoff page with full documentation, Loom walkthrough. 3 weeks of free post-launch maintenance begins.

Option A (recommended): We buy the domain and host the site. Flat monthly fee covers hosting and uptime

About us:
Hella Fast is a 7-person production team. Webflow, Framer, WordPress + Elementor, Rive, SEO, GEO, QA, copywriting — all in-house. No subcontract. No ghost-tier freelancers.

Please note:
To keep projects moving smoothly, we ask clients to stay reasonably responsive during production.
If communication is paused for an extended period, your project may be moved out of the active production queue. When you're ready to resume, we'll continue the work based on our current availability.
If you later require an urgent turnaround due to delays in communication, priority scheduling may be required and can incur an additional rush fee.
Otherwise, the project will resume according to the next available production slot.
