Process
It begins with a 50% upfront payment, which is non-refundable. From there, a brand questionnaire is sent over — once submitted, the project starts. The first concepts are presented within 5–7 days. After selecting a direction, we refine it through up to 3 revision rounds that can take from 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the feedback. Final files are delivered after the remaining payment.
