Payments & Refund Policy
An initial payment of 50% upfront payment is required to confirm the project. If the first concept is not approved, the payment will be fully refunded. Once a concept is approved, the project moves forward and the upfront payment becomes non-refundable.
The remaining 50% payment is due after all final design files have been completed and delivered.
